Sending a call sheet

Open a day with View and check it. A sheet can’t go out until each of its locations has an address. One button then sends it to the whole roster.

Pick the day

  1. Open the Callsheets tab

Each shoot day from the Schedule has a row. It shows the date, a Draft or Sent tag, the scene numbers and the number of shots. After a send it also shows when and to how many people.

  2. Mind the Needs Shot Lists group

Days with scenes but no shots assigned from the Shots tab sit under Needs Shot Lists. You can still open them.

  3. Press View

    View opens that day’s sheet.

Days 1 to 5 sent, the later days still drafts
