By accessing or using CSF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
CSF is a family communication platform that provides shared photo albums, group chats, event calendars, and video calling features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to CSF. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute that content to your designated family members. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data before account deletion.
7. Limitation of Liability
CSF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
