Only the rate is required. A blank field means the memo says nothing on that point, which is not the same as agreeing to zero.
The terms step runs top to bottom in sections, each named down the left edge.
Compensation

Kit Rental

Credit
Put their name as it should read on screen in Credit As, and the job title in Position Title. Credit Position picks Main Titles, End Credits, Single Card or Shared Card.
Union
Union / Guild: which agreement covers the job, like SAG-AFTRA or IATSE. Leave it blank for non-union work.
Confidentiality
Switches, each with a one-line summary: Non-Disclosure (NDA), Non-Compete, Social Media Restriction, No Set Photography, Press / Media, Materials Return, Work for Hire and Name & Likeness.
Conditions
- Switches for Meals Provided, Transportation, Medical / First Aid and Trailer / Dressing Room.
- Max Hours / Day, Max Hours / Week and Min Turnaround (hrs), the rest between wrap and the next call.
- Notes, for anything agreed with this one person.
Contact
Name, DBA for a person paid through their own company, Email, Phone and Address. These fill in from the roster. Changes to email, phone or address save back to the roster when you save the draft.
Clauses
When you save the draft, the app adds its standard clauses with this memo’s details filled in. The switches above decide which of the matching clauses start ticked. On the Clauses step you can untick any clause or rewrite its text for this memo.
Deals needs a Pro plan. On the Team tab, only people with View or Edit on Deal memos see the Deals tab. Everyone else never sees it.
