Profile

Change your picture
Click your avatar and pick an image. It saves as soon as you choose it.
Change your name
Type in Display Name and press Save Changes. Your email can’t be changed here. It comes from the way you sign in.
Sign-in methods
This list shows the email on your account and each login you can link: Google, Facebook and Amazon. A linked login reads Connected. Press Connect on another one and sign in with it. After that, either login opens this same account.
Devices
This tab lists every device signed in as you, with the last time each was used. A device marked All projects is one you signed in on yourself, and it can open every project you belong to. One with a project name was paired with a code you made. It only opens that project, and if the code was for a crew member, it acts as them.

Sign out one device
Press × on its row, then Revoke. The device is signed out and has to connect again.
Sign out several
Press Select, then tick devices, or use Select All or Invert. Press Revoke (N) and confirm.
To sign a new device in to one project, use Connect Device in that project’s header. See Team & Access.
Notifications

Each switch turns one kind of email on or off, and saves as soon as you flip it.
| Switch | Emails you when |
|---|---|
| Invitation emails | you are invited to a project |
| Team join notifications | someone joins your project |
| Project update emails | a project’s status changes |
| Deal memo emails | a deal memo is signed or executed |
| Monthly updates | once a month, with news and tips |
Keybindings

Timeline Preset sets the keys for the Cut timeline: Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. The change saves when you pick it. Below the menu, the keys are listed by group: Zoom, Navigation, Playback, Editing and Markers. Premiere is the default. See CinemaCutter for how each preset behaves.
Delete your account

Open the Data tab
Go to Settings, then Data. The Danger Zone box holds Delete Account.
Get a code
Press Delete Account, then Email me a code. We send a 6-digit code to the address on your account.
Confirm
Type the code and press Delete account. You are signed out.
Your account and the projects you own close straight away. We keep them for 30 days, and the email we send has a link to restore them. After that their files are removed. Export each project from its Data tab first.
