AI models
On Settings → AI Models, the switch beside a model shows or hides it in your model pickers. The round button beside it makes it your default. A production design can pick its own models, which win over your defaults.
Model Preferences

The models sit under category tabs, such as Text / LLM, Image Gen, Image Edit, Video Gen, Upscale and 3D. Each tab shows how many models it holds.
Pick a category
Click a tab. On the Free plan, the video, audio, speech, transcribe and 3D tabs are locked, and an orange bar offers the upgrade.
Find a model
Type in Search models… to filter the list by model name or maker.
Show or hide it
Click the switch at the left of a row. A hidden model is greyed out and drops out of the model pickers in your projects. Hide All or Show All flips every model in the tab, and Invert swaps shown and hidden.
Set a default
On the Text / LLM and image tabs, click the round button beside a model to make it your default. The row reads Default. Picking a hidden model turns it back on.
Every change saves at once.
What the badges mean
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Refs | The model can take reference images, such as a character’s portrait. |
| Neg | The model takes a negative prompt: things to leave out. |
| Seed | You can fix the seed to get the same picture again. |
| A price and $, $$ or $$$ | The cost of one run. More dollar signs mean a pricier model. |
Your defaults and a design’s models
Your default text and image models are used when a project has no active design, or its design doesn’t name a model. A production design can set its own text, image and video models, and those win inside that project. The project header shows which models are in use.
To browse every model with more detail, see the AI Model Catalog.
