Scouting

Scouting is a list of things you might rent or buy: props, lights, grip, camera gear, vehicles, set dressing and wardrobe. Each item has a vendor, a daily rate, a status and photos.

Crew take the photos on their phones in CinemaCrew, from the Scouting tab in Runner, while they stand in the rental house. You make and tidy the items here.

A scouting trip

Work through what the script needs, add what you found, with its vendor, rate and photos, and keep its status current.

Fields and status

Every field on a scouted item, its categories, and what each status means.
